The short answer
Divide the final cost by the eligible hours you expect to complete, not just the largest number on the advertisement. Include fees and unused courses in the comparison.
A real published benchmark
On 1 November 2026, Mulhim advertised a 20-hour bundle at SAR 195 and a 40-hour bundle at SAR 399. Those figures imply approximately SAR 9.75 and SAR 9.98 per advertised hour. They are provider-listed retail examples, not Saudi CME prices or a verification that every hour is eligible for you.
The larger package is not automatically cheaper per hour. It may still be the better choice if its additional subjects match your goals. Equally, the smaller package may leave an inconvenient gap. Use the actual current checkout total and check whether any tax or other charge is additional before making a decision.
Calculate the hours you will actually use
Imagine a hypothetical SAR 200 package advertising 20 hours. If you can complete and use all 20, the cost is SAR 10 per hour. If only 10 hours are relevant and eligible for your purpose, the effective cost becomes SAR 20 per useful hour. This is a planning illustration, not a judgment about any listed provider.
Do not count overlapping sessions twice, count replay time as new credit or assume repeated completion earns fresh hours. Ask the provider how duplicate participation is handled. Include access expiry and your available time: an unused course has a real purchase cost even when its headline price per hour looked attractive.
Make the final comparison
Write down total payable, useful eligible hours, time commitment, learning relevance and refund conditions. Then compare two or three suitable options. Our planner includes a simple budget calculation, but no number it produces is a provider quote or an accreditation decision.
Do not pay more merely for an inflated crossed-out price or a countdown. Choose the activity whose learning and conditions you understand. A clear support route and an achievable completion schedule may matter more than a small difference in price.
