Questions about Saudi CME
Answers about provider bookings, course eligibility, our independent role and the planning tools.
Is Saudi CME an accredited course provider?
No. We are an independent comparison and information service. The named external providers deliver the activities. Check the specific activity and your eligibility before booking.
Where do I book and pay?
On the provider’s own website. A comparison link is not a reservation. The provider controls checkout, access, refunds, certificates and attendance recording.
Are the listed hours guaranteed for my profession?
No. Hours are provider-advertised information. Check eligible professions, activity approval, dates and completion conditions for every included activity.
Does the planner know my official balance?
No. It calculates from numbers you enter and never accesses Mumaris+. Confirm your target and already recorded hours through the official service.
Can I earn hours by reading your guides?
No. The guides and tools award no credits or certificates. They help you research providers and organise your learning.
What should I do about missing hours or a refund?
Start with the provider that accepted your booking. Use its official support channel and keep the booking and activity references. Our missing-hours guide explains the official escalation route.
Is my private log uploaded?
No. Entries stay in the current session unless you choose local saving. Saved entries stay in this browser; export a backup and clear data on shared devices.
