Privacy & local storage

What Saudi CME collects, how contact enquiries are retained and how optional private learning logs work.

Browsing and tools

Saudi CME does not use advertising trackers, visitor analytics, marketing cookies or third-party fonts. The planner calculates on your device without accessing your professional account. Your log stays in memory unless you explicitly choose Save on this device. Saved log entries use this browser’s local storage, are not uploaded to us and do not sync between devices. Delete them with Clear saved data or your browser controls. Export a copy if you need a backup. Do not enter patient data or identity numbers.

Contact enquiries

When you send the contact form, we store your optional name, email, topic, message, language and submission reference to handle your enquiry. The form requires your agreement to this use; it is not a newsletter subscription. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, health records or payment-card details. Messages are stored in our Cloudflare-hosted enquiry database and removed after 90 days. Processing may occur outside Saudi Arabia through the hosting provider’s infrastructure. We do not sell enquiry data or share it with course providers for marketing.

Service security and your choices

The hosting service processes connection data to deliver and secure the site. Contact rate limiting uses connection information without storing it in our enquiry table. Technical error logs do not intentionally contain message content. External websites have their own privacy practices. To request access, correction or deletion of an enquiry, use Contact and include its reference. We may need to confirm control of the original email before disclosing data. Saudi CME is the website service handling these enquiries; do not send privacy requests to SCFHS on our behalf.
